Deposit

We require a $100 deposit to begin personalizing your order. Once your deposit order is placed, you’ll be able to fill out your questionnaire and sign your contract. Not ready to fill out your questionnaire yet? That’s okay! We’ll wait until you’re ready. Your Deposit is refundable until your first proof is designed.

Once we receive your questionnaire, we’ll send a digital proof to you. You’ll receive two complimentary revisions (you can make multiple changes per revision!) and two digital drafts. Additional revisions are available. You can also request a hard-copy proof if you’d like to see it in person.

Once your design is personalized & you love it, we’ll invoice you for your balance due (minus your deposit) and have you sign off on your final proof!
